V Burger

V Burger is Calgary’s first plant based fast food establishment, serving classic burgers, shakes and casual fun. The space was designed to be as hip and fun as this bold, disruptive brand. It eschews the tendency of plant-based brands to focus on natural materiality. The palette is built on materials that are durable yet playful – terrazzo floor tiles, plywood partitions, and polycarbonate is used liberally throughout the space, with a nod to the aesthetic of the early 90’s. A crisp wall of lacquered paneling, finished in V Burger’s signature green, defines a wall of booths. A custom, hand sketched wallpaper acts as the main feature of the room, giving guests something compelling and entertaining to explore while they await their food.
