Our collaborative design process ensures our clients are engaged during all stages, and our communication policy provides clients with the assurance they need throughout. No project comes without a cost, and our team is adept at creative problem solving through innovative and lateral thinking to ensure that we maximize the design impact while respecting budgetary requirements. Our studio has a diverse portfolio that comprises all typologies of interior design: restaurants and bars, hospitality spaces, retail shops, wellness facilities, commercial environments, and private residences. We work on projects of all sizes and budgets. We partner with like-minded individuals and businesses to execute spaces that result in inspired and unique experiences, whether they are for live, work, or play. Sarah’s expertise lies in her ability to combine pragmatic thinking with an exuberant passion for design, resulting in fully immersive experiences for her clients. She is committed to offering a process that not only results in great spaces, but also seeks to build lasting relationships that challenge and enrich those involved. Sarah draws on her intellectual and imaginative approach to design to develop strong, creative concepts. She has an exceptional understanding of current lifestyle and culture trends, leading our team in integrating the latest global practices into our work.
A graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Interior Design Program at Mount Royal College, Sarah maintains a strong connection to MRU and has served as President of the MRUID Alumni Association and a Studio Instructor. In 2018, she was honoured with a Outstanding Alumni Award from Mount Royal University in recognition of her exceptional career achievements.
Sarah is a Registered Interior Designer with the Interior Designers of Alberta and Interior Designers of Canada. She has been featured as ‘One to Watch’ by Western Living Magazine, and was nominated for a 2016 Foodie of the Year Award. She received a ‘Best in Canada’ award from Canadian Interiors for her work on The Nash Restaurant & Off Cut Bar and is also the recipient of several MASI Design Awards.
